Kappas is not the cutest but I thinks it’s the biggest. I think it sleeps most of their PC.

Dz has to force girls to live in the house each year to fill it up bc no one wants to, the outside doesn’t look bad but since it’s like the first one built or whatever it’s considered a historic landmark so they aren’t allowed to renovate it

It’s been renovated A LOT over the past forty years. The inside as well. It’s actually reallllllly pretty inside. Also, a lot of sororities have trouble filling their houses. And it’s absolutely not a historical landmark.

Ummm DZ? No, not at all. DG & KD have nice houses, but AOII is prettiest on Athens.

I went into kd and ZTA last year during rush and both houses are really beautiful on the inside

DZ was not the first house built. All the houses on Athens Drive were built first. And - DZ house is not a historical landmark in any way shape or form. First houses were Chi O, Kappa, Zeta, Theta. ADPI, Alpha Phi, then Alpha Gam. The houses on Dominick were all built 1-3 years later.

Hi. I am a DZ senior this year. Our house is considered a historical landmark because the first class of house girls petitioned for it to be. While it is true we cannot knock down our house completely and rebuild a new one, we are allowed to continuously renovate and have over the last few years. After the freeze in spring of 2021, we had some pretty big inside renovations done to make our house feel less dated. It might be small but it holds great memories 😌

Historical landmark status given by whom?? The city of College Station requires a building to be at least 50 years old to apply for status. Your house ain’t 50 yet.
