coming from a girl in another chapter: i really think adpi is on the come up. their instagram is cute, their girls are genuine and most actually love being there, AND they’re getting a brand new beautiful mansion…. they definitely have the potential to pass up some lower tier houses this fall if they play their cards right.

they’re on the come up for sure!! i just feel like they’re more at the bottom of the mid tier than they are at the bottom. on par with kappa and maybe even tri delt at this point
