Spring Rush questions

Can someone please explain why ADPI always is in the bottom at this site when ranked? They are strong nationally. The girls I met seems to be very genuine, sweet and pretty. Why are they put so low? Do they just not participate much around campus? Do the frats not do things with them? Why the bad rep? I’m considering joining but I want the real truth. I don’t want to join and then not be able to be active around campus/ events or never get to do things with other frats etc. No mean comments please. Just looking for real answers.
Are the other chapters full already for spring rush? I’ve only been contacted by them. I’m trying to figure out how this works or should I just wait until fall.

Most of it is because of stuff that happened literally decades ago. They got bad sanctions in like the early 2000s and had a hard time with numbers after that. They’ve been on the come up the last 5-6 years and are plenty social, do things with frats, etc. You can always go to an event and see if you like the girls - spring rush is no obligation.

Agree lots of pretty and nice girls in ADPi! If you like them, go for it. Their new house is going to be beautiful. My opinion is don't pick a sorority based on Greek rank or which frats they mix with. For one thing, that all changes from year to year, plus I feel like the frats here are smaller than the sororities and they seem to mix with one or two sororities and that’s it. Great guys though don’t get me wrong but you’re not meeting that many people through the Greek system alone. Think of it as something to join and one way to be involved. There are lots of great guys at A&M not in frats - mens orgs the corps, or just normal guys and those are some of the best. And lots of great girls both in and out of the Greek system. My roommate is an ADPI and I am in another sorority and I can tell you without a doubt ADPI is a GREAT CHAPTER here and nationally. This site is not the end all be all and lots of info on here is incorrect! Go with your gut and what feels right, not what someone says on a site that is fueled by trolls and those trying to bring others down just to raise themselves up. Adpi has a lot going for them right now! I'm totally jealous of their new house! Hope it all works out!

I heard they had a keg race in 2000 and got in trouble and had a hard time with numbers. BUTTTT they have been on the come up for awhile now and with their new house and cute PCs don't be surprised if they are a top house soon...just saying y'all heard it here first!!!!
