The real way to tell the top houses at A&M is by looking at who isn't participating in spring rush.
Chi O, Kappa, Pi Phi, Tri Delt, Zeta (abc order)
This means these houses have a full quota. They aren't doing COB because the girls in their chapters actually want to be there and don't drop. People can say what they want about rankings, but the numbers speak for themselves. Those five houses are the top.

This is not true. Yes they look at girls coming to A&M and specific girls vouch for them. That’s how rush works lol. None of them are guaranteed a spot anyways.

actually they don’t. Texas A&M Panhellenic’s most recent instagram post stated which ones were participating and which ones weren’t. The post is right about the ones not offering spring bids.

just because you say you have a friend that got contacted doesn’t make it true and some girls do graduate dec but not every strat every year. OP is correct about ones not participating in cob. pls get your facts right before posting

I’m on exec for one of the houses listed above and we aren’t doing spring rush/COB... So you’re wrong, not all of the houses are participating. People posting in here really don’t know what they are talking about.

Cpc has changed a lot of rules in regards to cob this year, however it’s still the same houses not following the rules!!! The ones cpc listed on insta are participating but I can guarantee you some not listed will be bending rules!!! It really doesn’t matter though… join a house that you love and loves you back! Just because a house says they aren’t participating in cob does not make them elite or top! Different houses have different rules with their nationals!!! MANY FACTORS go into determining if a chapter is eligible to participate in cob or not!!! Most of the ppl posting in here have noooo idea how it works! Again, certain houses are trying to push a narrative to you that they are exclusive, in reality is so far from the truth! Don’t fall for the propaganda! All houses have great girls!
