top houses??

the only houses i ever hear frat guys talk about are zeta, kappa, pi phi, and dg. i get it kappa had a scandal but that didn’t stop pnms from wanting them, they're still one of the hottest houses on the row. and pi phi was the top preffed house this year with lots of girls choosing them over zta/dg. don’t get why kappa and pi phi are always ranked mid tier on here. and why do y’all rank dz so high?? irrelevant??
