You cannot reject your bid. You signed it he MRABA. It’s binding. This was all explained theu rush. The only way you’d be eligible for cob is if you got dropped from rush or you dropped out before bid day and did not sign your MRABA. If you signed it, you cannot join another chapter for 1 year.
