Who made quota?

a few true statements followed by a suggestion:
-most houses made quota or quota+
-3 had to snap, AOPi was the only who had to snap for freshman, the rest were just for secondary so whatever who cares.
-just because a house made quota or quota+ doesn't mean they are at total which is still good # of houses even ones who say they're top
-just because they are not at total doesn't mean they will COB, it's up to individual chapters and how nationals or districts run them.
