Once cut always cut policy

I just got off the phone with another pnm and she said that there is a “once cut, always cut” policy. What chapters have that policy. Does that mean she can’t rush next year because all of those houses would cut her again

Some chapters here do follow that policy. Some are required to by their nationals. Others do not.

No one will tell you which chapters do what because that’s private membership selection info.

All she can do is try to COB or rush again next fall.
