Pi Phi weird ceremonies????

I heard that Pi Phi has a really rigorous pledging period, can anyone confirm? I really liked Pi Phi this week (even though some active wouldn’t stop talking about how her toes look like fingers during our pref conversation) but I’ve heard rumors about their new member program. Apparently they have a massive basement (because their house used to be a funeral home) where they conduct ceremonies. I heard that new members are required to build and burn an effigy of a DDDolphin, break into the owl aviary in the Chi Omega house to steal feathers with which they must each handcraft a set of snow white angel wings, and then melt down various Kappa Kappa Gamma keys to forge a large golden arrow. I am concerned because I am allergic to birds and I don’t have any experience in metallurgy. Can any Pi Phis confirm???
