So many girls dropped out of recruitment today

50+ girls dropped out of recruitment just TODAY. that’s actually insane. I feel like recruitment is so cutthroat this year and it’s really getting to people.

It happens every year. Girls get expectations in their head & when it doesn’t work out the way they thought, they drop. Some of them think they will get a snap but most won’t. It’s sad for them but if they just had more of an open mind it could end up differently.
