PNMs!!! Here’s some tips for virtual recruitment rounds. You do not want to be ‘that one’ who has technology problems and ends up needing accommodations for an extra party later in the day. Houses will literally cut you for the trouble... Don’t be in the car while in a party, don’t get on your phone, don’t look disinterested, don’t be rude. Make sure you never accidentally leave a party early… It will be noticed & you will be cut for being ‘rude’. Have good lighting & be engaged and excited to talk to everyone!! Good luck
