Axo is notorious for having girls drop out… everyone knows this… they do a good job of portraying themselves one way all through recruitment… girls join and then realize the nightmare reality of that house and drop… I’ve heard horror stories from past members… I would say all the other houses are about the same… girls drop for whatever reason…

“nightmare reality” is a bit dramatic, I have friends who are in axo and love it. Ppl drop from every chapter but if we were to see legit stats of every house’s dropout rate I would guess adpi would be on top

I would say zeta too. They have an appealing first impression and then it just drops off once your in the door. It's a superficial house. DG has better retention than Zeta since everyone wants to compare the two. Of course AXO but that's goes without saying.

Let's talk about how bogus these top four house posts are on here. As the fictional, GR top house story unfolds on this site:

1. Zeta
2. DG
3. AXO
4. DZ

Aside from DG, these just so happen to be the houses with the worst retention for claim to fame GR top 4 house. Nobody wants to be an AXO or DZ. They all get tricked by Zeta. DG is the only chapter worth any clout of this batch. Shows how these ranking posts are so unrealistic and serves a dose of reality for pnms.

Collectively, its chapters axo dz and zeta over adpi gphi houses. Funny how that works out. The snake chapters on here promoting themselves.
