what they look for during recruitment

axo- must have at least 1200 instagram followers
adpi- must be a girl at texas a&m or blinn
aopi- must be a girl at texas a&m or blinn
xo- church camp girls and/or private school girls
ddd- popular girls in high school for one reason or another
dg- dancers and/or pageant girls
dz- must have at least 900 instragram followers
gamma phi- nice girly girls with a decent resume
kat- church camp girls and/or private school girls
kd- nice fun girls with a decent resume
kappa- old money towns, must have connection or get invited to secret parties
pi phi- popular girls in high school who did sports like basketball
zeta- will ask you what your parents do and if they/you are famous in some way you can get in

Panhellenic sororities can take girls from Blinn team. They are considered A&M students since they take some classes at A&M and others at Blinn. Read up about it.

IF they are only enrolled at Blinn- they can't rush at A&M. IF they are TEAM - meaning they take some classes at Blinn AND A&M at the same time, then YES they can rush at A&M. It's been like this for a while.
