Phi delt is no pledge’s first choice. They take all the leftovers from Pike. They take like 30 pledges a semester and because of that, they get a bunch of goobers too. They also live on this site. They have good dudes and are fun to be around. They’re not a bad frat by any means, they’re just no better than any other mid tier like kappa sig. They are far from being a top tier respectable fraternity. Girls like them tho so that’s good for them and they definitely can be at the top some day. Just not unless one of the frats on top falls off
