Should we message the sororities we are interested in if we don’t know anyone who can pull for us? & does anyone know what chapters are participating yet?

This could honestly go either way. I would only message a chapter if you 110% know that they will be participating in spring rush. Typically the chapters who participate are adpi, aopi, KD, gphi, dz, and axo. Depending on the year, sometimes theta and ZTA do too. Just depends on how many girls every chapter needs to meet quota.

Email the chapters you are interested in. Spring quota is high and most chapters will be.

Every chapter does spring rush. Literally axo and zeta did it last spring openly. Ask any chapter but beware top houses are dikz

Every chapter cannot do spring rush. Only chapters below Panhellenic total (basically median chapter size) are even eligible for COB. So 5-7 of the largest chapters will definitely not be COB-ing.
