Confused by rudeness from some others chapters

I was driving today when some girls next to me pulled up and called out to me with some profanity. I looked over at them and they started yelling their sorority name, tri delt, at me and throwing their hand sign at me. My car has a sticker on the back with my letters so I was assuming that was why they were doing that to me but this was not something that I appreciated in the slightest. I am confused as to why a some of a certain sororities members think that it is okay to treat someone from another sorority like this. It made me very sad to see because I think as sorority women we should all be supporting one another especially during these times and not tearing one another down simply because we are not in the same chapter as them. I mean what happened to pan love?

okay but why are tridelts always acting like they are so above everyone else it makes me so mad. idk if this is fully true but i’ve heard of similar situations from them before so i wouldn’t be surprised
