by: lolI know DZ isn’t known for their brains (by any stretch) but the amount of photos I’ve seen on snap and close-friends story instagrams of very large groups of new members without masks in the house is WILD. Like gf, have you not watched the news? UNC pi phi had a full blown outbreak and the whole school shut down and went online. If DZ is what ruins being in cstat for the fall thats gonna be a pretty tough situation for a group that already has a tarnished reputation. Best of luck with that baby turtles

I agree. It’s going to be really embarrassing when sororities make national news for this. Honestly, the odds of anyone even getting very sick if they catch it are slim to NONE. however we don’t want a scandal. I almost hope if girls start to feel sick they just quarantine for 2 weeks and don’t go get tested and DONT make a scene about it to friends. If a bunch of girls go test positive or start talking about it we’re going look dumb and A&M is going to freak out.

EVERY sorority didn’t have one on for photos. Maybe your friend needs to self isolation if she’s worried. Stirring the pot

Because my friend is a DZ and wore a mask and everyone was so shocked she wore a mask that they were asking why she was wearing one. She was literally the only person there in a mask. Also, zeta didn’t hold any kind of bid day which is honestly what everyone should have done following a virtual recruitment. Finally, at the very least, all of the Alabama chapters distributed masks for bid day so that should’ve been the norm here too.
