Despite it being over zoom, rush this year was one of the biggest!
Who did well? Who didn't do so well??

From what I’ve seen
Did below average for them: Kd, xo, dg
Did average for them: Theta, kappa, tri delt, zeta, gamma phi
Did above average for them: Pi phi, axo, dz, adpi & aoii (both made above quota which doesn’t normally happen so that’s why they are on this level if not then they would be on average)

every single girl I talked to tried to drop adpi every single round and were praying they didn't get them on pref... I dont know where yall are getting this info that they did better than usual.

Adpi killed it!!! They got 90 girls and weren’t even eligible to snap bid! Super cute girls too!!!

Gphi had no one decline their bid and kd has their biggest pc they’ve had I’m pretty sure. Good for both chapters considering they’re not top tier

What we are seeing is the trend that virtual recruitment is leveled the playing field. Top chapters struggled to meet quota and had to offer snap bids and middle/lower tiered chapters met quota, plus more and are thriving. Substance, authenticity, and genuine relationship building through conversations are winning out over surface level factors.
