Do Snap bids actually ever happen at A&M? Is it a possibility to hope for?

They do happen. I would not get your hopes up for one though they are very few & far between.

Occasionally a chapter won’t make quota and will need to snap.

But the chances of a chapter who already cut you failing to make quota and then magically deciding they want to give you a snap bid are ZERO. Actually less than zero.

Snap bids happen very rarely and you would have had to be a girl the chapter really liked & remembers you get one

they aren’t happening this year. They could but it will be less than a handful MAYBE. Every PC is going to be huge this year and the house you prob want will prob have a full house.
