For sisterhood round are cuts made based off of just the girls u talked to that day or based on the other girls u talked to the other days too??

You can be cut off of anything any round.

depends on the house but usually both. its like an average of how all your conversations went, so if you had a great one and a horrible one, then you'll fall somewhere in the middle of their list.
