Question about legacy

Is it bad if I didn't claim legacy? Does claiming legacy make your chances of getting into another house lower?

Did you put that you were a legacy on all of the resumes you sent out to all sororities or just your legacy?
You only need to on the resume for the legacy - otherwise depending on who the legacy is others may assume you have a high potential to pledge the legacy.

Other chapters might assume you’ll go your legacy but if you tell them you’re open to any house it won’t make much of a difference. If you’re still visiting your legacy house I’d tell them bc it might help your chances there
