Open Bidding/ Snap Bidding
by: Advice Needed lolWhat are my chances of withdrawing and doing open bidding to possibly get one of the chapters I connected with? Also is spring recruitment a thing this year?

If your favorites cut you, your chances of getting a snap bid from them are zero. Several houses have national rules about “once cut, always cut” so even if those chapters were COB eligible, still might not be an option for you ever again.
My best advice is to treat the houses you have left as if they are the only sororities on campus. Because at this moment - they are the only houses that saw potential in you as a sister. I know it hurts, but just know that ALL houses offer wonderful sisterhoods and more or less the same sorority experience. Unless you know you made a huge rush mistake like not getting recs or having bad grades, then this is probably your best chance of pledging.
And please put snap bids out of your head. They are often talked about but in reality, they are the “unicorn” bids that are not a possibility for 99.9% of PNM’s.

recruitment is going well now for ALL the chapters...slim to none you will get a snap bid...don't depend on it. But honestly if you were cut from houses you really didn't have a good connection or they wouldn't have cut you. Sorry not sorry for being honest. So drop if you only want a certain house and risk a snap bid.

This ^^^ snap bids are very few and far between even for mid and lower tier houses. Rarely exist for top houses and your chances of getting one are slim.
