Very Humbling!!!!

Just a reminder that Recruitment is very humbling. Many girls had deep cuts after the first round, and those of you who still have a big list will probably lose a lot for the next round. Be happy that you still have houses. This is why we tell you not to focus on tiers or big names. If you make it to Bid Day, you are lucky to have a home!!! Stay focused on being positive and open minded!!!

This is so true! Also keep in mind the competition is fierce with grades and go-getters - looks don’t matter as much to some groups as who you know inside the house, reputation and character.

Remember to let the girls know you are interested because if you don’t someone else will and they will potentially be ranked higher.

Keep the best, most positive attitude you possibly can with every single party you attend. The cuts will be deep on Tuesday night and your invitations will be fewer.

Each house is looking for a full PC of quality girls. Show them how you can make their house rise.
