so i’m really confused about these “silence rules” i keep hearing about... i thought we were allowed to reach out to actives but now i’ve also heard since it’s august we can’t anymore? can somebody please clarify bc i don’t wanna get in trouble

as of august 1 it is now strict silence and no communication bt actives and pnms is allowed
