positive things!!
by: :)to kinda break up some of the negativity on here, which sororities do you think make the most positive change on the community around them (whether that’s the a&m community or the BCS community)? they all do something good in their own unique way but i’m curious which sororities you think are doing the most for their philanthropy or the community! :)

Tamu TriDelt does nothing for St. Jude’s except send money. Their fundraisers are lame and it’s mostly just their parents giving money.

my roommate’s a pi phi, so i know they require their members to volunteer every week with kids.. she loved that she got to do hands-on work! even though it isn’t my sorority i always thought they did a lot of cool things w their philanthropy (and i think they fundraise a lot too?)

My best friend is a theta and was involved w planning their fall philanthropy— let me just say, the girl put in WERK. I got to go to thetafest and it was really fun and so cool that they do a check reveal at all their events. She also volunteered at their philanthropy in Bryan and she loved it.

Roomie was a DZ and they did something like basketball for the hearing impairments so that was cool & suite mate was XO and super into Songfest which did a lot for charity and was so cool too. I’m a PNM so it’s good to hear it’s not just social & hope there is room for sophomores this year b/c it was my roomie & suite mate that made me want to go Greek!
