Zeta is really just not a top house. The girls hate it and they have super high drop rates. The only thing they’re good at is rush because they’re so fake. I’d rather be anything else.

This is so wrong and stupid

This is the only accurate one. Whenever zeta is listed above kappa and tridelt I’m so shook because Kappa and Tridelt do not compete with zeta during rush at all. You never hear of girlS choosing zeta over kappa and tridelt. Ever. Zeta is no competition to Kappa and tridelt, who take whatever pnms they want every year. Zeta takes popular suburban girls that wish they could’ve gotten through the first round at tridelt and kappa. Kappa and tridelt take popular/rich/socialite city girls that had no trouble making it to the final rounds of zetas rush. This is the differentiating factor between what makes a house “top tier”- rush. Zeta will never compete with kappa and tridelt in rush. Kappa and tridelt have had their reputations for generations at a&m and girls coming from the best highschool across Texas know this because their family members and friends have historically rush tridelt and kappa at A&M.

I don’t say this to talk down on zeta. There’s benefits to their system of rush. But it’s silly to try to compare zeta or even DG to tridelt and kappa when future tridelts and kappas cut zeta and DG during rush whereas future zetas and DGs got cut by tridelt and kappa. Sorry but that’s the plain truth.

Kappa and tridelt are in a league of their own. There’s really no debating that.
