AXO dirty rushes every year and never gets caught?

I’m just wondering why AXO dirty rushes every single year and never gets caught? They are notorious for giving oral bids and get talked about all around the row. I mean PNM’s and actives both y’all about AXO dirty rushing the absolute most every year I’m just so confused how Panhellenic has never done anything? I’m not trying to hate I’m literally just so baffled how they manage to get away every year with it.

It’s because they really can’t get a pledge class without dirty rushing

I literally reported them to my rho gam during recruitment and showed her DM’s, Snapchat messages and everything and I never heard of it going any further. I obviously dropped them anyway but still

rho gams usually don’t do anything. it’s too much paperwork especially if it’s their own srat
