Rushing in the Fall
by: stressedI will be a freshman in the Fall and was planning on rushing. I don't have any connections. I have no idea what I am supposed to put on my video. I feel like all of the sororities already know who they want already. I am just really worried. Does anyone have any words of advice.

There may be certain sororities that have an idea of what type of girl they are looking for. Follow the advice given by sororities about your one minute video. Act like you are talking to a good friend and be yourself. Hopefully you have rec letters to all of the chapters. If not, get on that. A lot of freshman don’t know anyone before rushing, so you’re not alone.

Definitely follow all of the chapters on insta as well as the Panhellenic page! This way you get all the information you need and have a chance to see what every chapter is about! More girls than you think go in with no connections so don’t be nervous! Just trust that you will know by the girls you talk to where your home is. You will know in your heart where you belong :)
