Zeta Top House?
by: PNMHi! I’m rushing in the fall and I’ve heard a lot of mixed opinions about ZTA at tamu... are they actually top house or are they just self proclaimed top house?? If they aren’t top house, which houses are? I’m going into rush with an open mind I’m just curious about some things I’ve heard lol

Honestly, all the sororities at A&M are good sororities in some way or another. Zetas are sometimes considered to be top house because of their national name, but Delta Gamma has also recently gotten to be top house as well just in the past year or so. It changes year by year depending on the new girls that they recruit.

Zeta/dg is top house if you were a popular girl from a suburban highschool and are middle class.
Tridelt/kappa is top house if you’re a popular or semi popular girl from a big city and you’re stupid rich.
Tridelt and kappa are much harder to get into because they essentially zip code cut. If you aren’t from their area you won’t get in. Zeta and dg will give you a chance no matter what (unless you aren’t pretty) so you’ll end up with a more diverse pledge class in a way but there will always be a handful of outliers that get in and ruin the houses reputation.
