Are the execs ultimately the ones who decide who will get a bid? Does it matter if you have a close friend/ the girl rushing you like you a lot? I hear only the execs decide and that makes me nervous 🙃

The membership selection process is private and unique to each chapter so you’re not going to get an answer.

I will say it takes a LOT more than one person pulling for you to get a bid in the majority of chapters here though.

yeah its not usually just the exec. there is usually some type of voting process, so majority of the chapter has to want you and like you, because each member's opinion matters. just try and make good impressions with everyone you talk to
