Last year I got cut right after philanthropy. I really loved them and their philanthropy. But to answer your question yes they do cut. I believe every chapter cuts except for aoii

Adpi cuts based on character not looks. If you have a mean heart prepare to get cut

Every chapter cuts. Every single chapter. Whether than can cut a lot or a few depends on how desirable the chapter is, but I promise you every chapter is making cuts for PNMs who don’t meet their standards, whether it’s character, grades or something else.
