question for fraternity rush chairs/captains

How does a pnm's wealth (the stuff they wear, the car/truck they drive, etc.) affect their odds of getting a bid? Obviously social skills, personality, etc. play a larger role during rush, but just want to get an honest response.

This is something that matters. We know wealthy zip codes, prominent high schools, and designer brands mean a girl that will pay her dues and not drop for financial reasons. So it is important to put your best food forward.
