where is zta?

by: zta

Zeta is not strong nationally. Their only top tier chapters at division 1 schools are Florida, Florida State, Indiana, and Texas A&M. They are not top tier at Texas anymore.

Zeta does not have chapters at many top public schools with strong Greek systems: Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, New Mexico, Nebraska, UCLA, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Oregon, Oregon State, Colorado, Ole Miss, Cornell, Syracruse, West Virginia, Arizona, Utah, UC San Diego, Illinois, Ohio State, Washington, Washington State, Univ. St. Louis, Butler, George Washington, UC-Davis, UC-Santa Barbara

Zeta does not have chapters at many private schools with strong Greek sytems: SMU, USC, Tulane, Univ. St. Louis, William & Mary, Univ. San Diego, Butler, DePauw, Wake Forest, Pepperdine, Stanford, Emory

Zeta has closed their chapters at: Washington, Washington State, Oregon, Ohio State, SMU, Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Colorado, Illinios, Minnesota, Cincinnati, George Washington Univ, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, West Virginia

Zeta puts chapters at many division 2 and 3 schools

Other than DZ and KD, ZTA is the weakest National group at A&M BUT they are very good here and popular in Texas so lots of girls want them. Anyone is lucky to get a bid from them.

ADPi a strong chapter? It is very weak in most Texas schools.

ADPi and KD are mid to bottom tier in Texas but very strong in the rest of the South. DG and Gamma Phi are mid to bottom tier in Texas but very strong on the West coast.
KKG and DDD seem to be the top Texas groups.

Matters. You will want to be in the best sorority for you when you are in college. Who would pledge a sorority that they do not like because they think it has a stronger or bigger nationals? It would make for a miserable four years.

Zeta is top tier at more D1 schools, but beyond that, a lot of the public schools you mentioned where they don't have chapters aren't impressive Greek schools anyhow. Most of Zeta's chapter throughout the South are strong, even if they aren't all top tier, and they tend to be middle or upper middle tier at a lot of schools in general. Not the best sorority in the nation, but you really cherry picked a bunch of schools, a lot of them with fairly irrelevant Greek systems to show they sucked, and ignored the fact that even if they aren't top tier everywhere, that doesn't mean they are bottom tier or weak.

Zeta losing their chapter at SMU, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, Washington, Kentucky, Ohio State is embarrassing. Top national groups don't lose their chapter at strong Greek schools like these.

Also, ZTA has no chapters at any of the University of California schools except Berkley, and no chapter at USC or Pepperdine. That is a whole section of the country that they don't have chapters at the top schools.

Zeta is not top tier at ANY OTHER D1 schools than the 2 in Florida, Indiana, and debatable at A&M.

sure you checked every D1 school for your comprehensive list. That aside, Zeta tends to be strong middle tier even if they aren't top everywhere.

Zeta is for appearance only, they are the girls wearing all the makeup, but wear dirty bras.

The girls coming through recruitment from families with knowledge of sororities in Texas and nationally don't encourage ZTA.
