Looks like DTD is best of 3rd Tier. Good for them as they are taking less Blinn guys, which is great!

I really really would not consider Delt to be 3rd tier. Definitely above Beta and Sigma Chi. Pike is probably well known and well liked out of the others.

You can usually tell which frats are popular by looking at the number of girls wearing their shirts at Chilifest.
