Upper mid. Guys from mostly Houston/Cypress, Dallas/Rockwall, Austin, & some SA & random parts of TX. Have a pretty solid amount of dedicated groupies from AXO, Zeta, DZ, with some DG & others. Their house is about 10-15 mins from campus, but has lots of space for events. Parties are typically pretty big & fun, & newer guys are an improvement from the older guys, I hope they actually try to make their chapter better in the future. They & all the frats should try being more involved on campus too.

Have people that troll them hard on this website for no reason. Maybe it’s a disgruntled ex or something but there’s really nothing wrong with delt. Fun parties normal guys. Not really the best at anything in particular but not bad at anything either. A solid amount of cute guys. Tons of zetas and axos hangout with them but they bring in a couple girls from top tier sororities as well (tridelt/kappa)

No sorrority girl wants to be around these creepy dudes.
Parents of these kids are excited their 'band nerd' son got into a frat. But then they come to parents weekend and are snapped back to reality.
