Sae, Delt, KA, SigChi and Pike are the ones with usually great parties , depends on who you like to hangout with/who you already know

Personally, the way I see it there are 6 strong fraternities. 3 are "party" fraternities and 3 are "money" fraternities. the money fraternities are KA(although they do throw great parties), FIJI, and Beta. the party fraternities are SAE, Delt and SigEp.

Pretty agreeable, but make that 2 "money parties" instead of 3 ...Beta isnt as good as Fiji or KA. They're not nearly as relevant - If you were to include them in a "strong top 6" , they would barely be in the #6 spot. Personally, I think Pike and SigChi have been doing way better than Beta has lately

Depends what you mean by "best" Biggest? Most fun? Hottest girls? Most top tier sorority girls? Best performers? Best themes/builds?

I think most people will agree the three best overall for parties are KA/SAE/SigEp. KA and SigEp have the hottest girls, tons from good sororities, some of the best themes/builds and IMO are by far the most fun. SAE definitely has the biggest parties and usually the best performers, but they're not as fun as the others just because they're so nasty and clustered. Also the girls usually aren't as hot and typically aren't in good sororities, or any sorority at all really.

Delt, Pike, and Sigma Chi also have decent parties but not the best

KA, SAE, Delt stand out from the rest.
SigChi and Pike are fun too but I haven't been to enough of their parties
SigEp was arguably the best/my fav "party frat" but they're gone now.
Honestly, it all really depends on who your friends are! Like I have some friends that like to party w Kappa Sigs and Betas but mostly bc they've been friends w them since high school or bc that's the first/only frat they decide to hang with
