real top / bottom tier

basically, y'all need to realize that the middle tier is uncertain and mushy.
however, there is a notable top tier and bottom tier.
top: delta gamma / zeta / a chi o
middle (both upper and lower): chi o / tri delta / kappa / delta zeta / pi phi / theta
bottom: gphi / kappa delta / adpi
everything else is mush
