Yeah my hs is 6.0 I have just above 5.0 (class of 800), my test scores weren't too great and I got in engineering.

Yeah, Blinn Team will still affect you. You'll still have a chance, but it's also a strike against you. It really won't help if you complain either. A&M is auto-admit if you are top 25% of your class and pass a certain SAT/ACT threshold. There was still a way to guarantee your admission into A&M full time.
But sophmores here don't face as much discrimination as Blinn Team does, so I'd just suggest you to get your grades up and move into A&M full time and then rush.

ABSOLUTELY don't wait. 100% rush as a freshman blinn teamer. If you don't you'll miss an entire year of friends and sorority stuff and involvement. Honestly it is not a big deal if you're blinn team. Rush as a freshman. You'll regret it if you don't. Plus, nearly all blinn team kids have to wait two full years until they can be full A&M. So waiting wouldn't help anything.

Look under "Academic Admits." It clearly states that there can be automatic admits for those in the top 25% of their class if they meet minimum test scores. Come on now, get your facts straight.

Her school was probably on a 5.0 scale and super easy and she had bad sat/act scores
