The exact order may switch up a little bit depending on who you ask (basically everyone within the same level below could switch around with each other but would still be in the same level) but the top 10 are pretty much set in stone and relatively in this range of rankings:
1. Phi Gamma Delta
2. Kappa Alpha
3. Sigma Alpha Epsilon
4. Sigma Phi Epsilon
5. Beta Theta Pi
6. Delta Tau Delta
7. Sigma Chi
8. Pi Kappa Alpha
9. Sigma Nu
10. Kappa Sigma

theyre better grouped in tiers than in order:
tier 1: KA/Fiji - respected as top
tier 2: SAE/SigEp - considered by most as top but less so than tier 1, bottom top
tier 3: Beta/Delt/Sigma Chi - if there was a top middle this would be it. not really considered top but all proud fraternities to be apart of
tier 4: Pike/Sigma Nu/Kappa Sig - middle tier fraternities that aren't too great but not too bad either
After this there is a considerable drop off
