fraternity houses?

DKE. SAM. FH. SAE. KA does but they are hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt on it so they probably might not have it.

SAE SigEp Sigma Chi and Sigma Nu all have the the best houses by far. They all sleep 20+ actives. Sigma Chi's is the largest house but it doesn't have very much yard space at all so everything is pretty much confined to getting crammed indoors. SAE doesn't have much usable space inside but it does have a pretty large yard, however it is right in the middle of a residential area. SigEp's is more of a complex than a single house, the main house has the least amount of indoor space but has a massive amount of useable acreage compared to everyone else. Sigma Nu is kind of run down but the house is pretty large, not much yard space though

Depends on what you're looking for.

SAE and Sigma Chi are probably tied for the best house. Very greek-mansion like. Sigma Chi's is much larger but it basically has no backyard and kind of feels nasty/traphousy. SAE is much smaller and more compact but it's gated into a pretty large property. Like someone said above though, it's right in the middle of a neighborhood.

SigEp's house isn't really your typical frat house but I'd say it's one of the best. It's a gated-in ranch complex with a main house, a dorm complex, a roofed in court and some building that I think is like half townhome half gym/laundromat from what I remember. It's very outdoorsy I think it has like twice the acreage of any other frat house.

Sigma Nu and PiKap basically have smaller, more run down versions of your stereotypical frat house. Definitely pretty cool still, just not quite as nice or large as SAE and Sigma Chi or as spacious/good for activity as SigEp.

Delt also has a decent house but it's more of just like a residential house with a lot of outdoor space because it's in the middle of nowhere.

Everyone else's houses barely constitute as frat houses really
