i don't understand why some people are saying theta is top. they have never been very good here. they're SO boring, not pretty, and had to snap/COB a lot last year. i know 3 girls who either didn't rush or didn't have them on pref night and they're thetas now. its really just sad...

I’ve met nice one and I’ve met rude ones. I feel like it’s a rly groupie house but not a bad house. Probably one of the better ones. I kinda hear less about this house but that’s usually a better sign. I have some friends in this house and they can be nice or they can be mean. It’s just their personality.

Whoever thinks these girls are top are sadly mistaken. Thetas are so, so, so boring and not cute at all. Also, I know several girls in their chapter who did not go through formal rush and one who did but only had ADPi and KD on pref night...
