Getting a bit ahead of themselves. Admittedly, they've made a big leap in quality and have made quite a bit of headway in progress recently, but they still have a long ways to go. Just recently made it into most peoples opinions as a middle tier chapter, will probably pass up Kappa Sig and Sig Nu soon. Will likely start competing with Beta within a few years. Can't ever see them being in the top 6 though

Really interested to see how this year turns out for these guys. Of all the fraternities on campus, they are by far making the biggest move in ranking.

Its weird. Everyone used to make fun of this fraternity because it wasnt really even considered to be one. Then they just kept quietly trucking along and everybody is kind of shocked at the progress theyve made. Their recent pledge class was at least in the top 2, if not the best last semester. All i heard from my sisters was how hot and respectful (and wealthy in one case) they were. Now they apparently just got a house too. I dont know where to rank them, but they are rising crazy fast

They've been doing much much better in recent years and I hear they're getting a house. Will definitely be on the rise and will likely pass up Sigma Chi and Beta with time. That being said, they're still lower middle tier for now, maybe about even with Kappa Sig and Sig Nu

Definitely have improved over the past 2 years. Top of middle tier for sure and continuing to improve.

If they actually get a house this fall they will definitely be upper middle. They have a lot of good guys. The house is the main thing holding them back.

Think they're a lot better than they are. 2 years ago nobody knew who they were. Now they're just barely strong enough for ppl to consider them a legit fraternity. Currently just below Kappa Sig, Sig Nu, and PiKap, but only due to their lack of a house or good funding. They're vastly more popular with girls than most lower mid chapters and once they have their house and establish themselves on the social scene they'll find themselves in league with Beta and maybe even Sig Chi in a few year
