This group of guys is completely different from other fraternities on campus. They show woman respect and are always willing to help out those in need! They're also fairly cute guys in it so its a plus plus. They are brand new but trust me, they'll be a top house in the coming years!!

Brand New. Already have 50 guys which is bigger than a bunch of bottom tier frats. Really chill, and have some attractive guys. They'll definitely move up in the next couple years.

Pretty sure they brought only 10 30 packs to chilifest. When my fiend told me to go with her to a frat chilifest build I thought I would have the time of my life. Turns out I sold myself short on my first chilifest. Every other build looked like a party but this one was just guys and some girls standing and talking.

Almost too new to rank. Below Sammy DKE and Theta Chi and more comparable to delta sig. chilifest looked really lame and this chapter needs about 4-5 before they even get any serious attention

They're brand new as if fall '16, jut initiated some more guys from this spring. They're listed on IFC website, but still considered a "colony" because of how small they are? Phi Psi is nationally pretty good/rich, their UT chapter sucked but just got brand new $8 mil house + good fall rush boosted got them to mid tier there - TAMU colony is smaller than Sammy(?) & Deke & Phidelt, better than Theta Chi & FH & AGR & DSP, on same level as Alpha Sig- New to bottom tier. Irrelevant still on campus.

These guys are new but they have some great guys! They are already getting their name out there and they are definitely above some of the already established fraternities. These men are gentlemen and I always have fun at their events. They had a great spring class and if they keep going at it they are on their way to become a top house for sure!
