they've really done well for chartering last year. don't have a house, but they're way better than a lot of frats with houses....(sigma nu, pi kapp, kappa sig) shouldn't be grouped bottom tier, definitely middle and rising

These guys think they are WAY more popular then they are. Average wanna be house that'll never be a top frat. Kind of rude and low class overall, but arrogant for some reason? Don't get it? Strange- take anyone frat.

No reason for them to be listed this high. One of the worst fraternities on campus but they act even douchier than the big name chapters
