If you are rude and just joining a frat for the parties then this one is for you. Go be a stereotypical frat guy. If you have higher expectations of yourself then see what else our school has to offer.

Yes, their parties are fun. But it's not worth possibly getting into trouble when the police are called every other weekend.

These guys have made a huge turnaround in past year or so. You'll see their letters everywhere on campus, they're active in multiple other student organizations, and generally have a great relationship with the campus and local community. Definitely known as the partiers because of the huge number of people at their events, but they make incredible efforts to keep attendees safe. Would 100% rate as top house.

I was at their most recent party, and I saw other girls who looked like they were in highschool come in and cops raided the place, overall I get really sketchy vibes when I go there

Lots of misinformation going on about these guys. They have their issues they need to work on, but they definitely don't deserve lots of the flak on here. Good brotherhood, always trying to be more involved, credit where credit is due.

As for someone not in greek life, going to their parties they always made me and my friends feel like we were lesser than them. They are rude to nongreeks, as if we are some how worth less than them.

Someone passed out at one of their parties and instead of taking him to a couch or rolling him on his side they picked him up and took him off the property so they wouldn't be liable. That tells me who they are. Their old risk management team was severely lacking. Especially with how crazy their parties can get. I hope their new one is better. I don't want to see anyone get hurt.
