Sit down from middle tier?? They're not saying they are top tier, so you can chill... DZ and even a certain top tier house have extended bids after fall bid day in recent years... so this is typical pre-rush slander. This may get downvotes, but those involved in greek life know the truth (even if they don't want to admit it). These honestly look pretty accurate, but individuals might change the order within the rows based on how they feel...

pi pi should be by dg and theta is not above adpi. dg struggles with returns during recruitment and that’s why they’re not higher but I think they should be above pi phi overall. adpi does better in recruitment than theta. zeta’s still ahead of adpi but I can see adpi improving in the next few years

I would look at who can retain their membership. Girls leave for a reason. Yes, you would expect some to graduate, go to nursing school etc., but when they fall as low as alpha phi or pi phi you have to wonder why.

I’m not dg but anyone who has been at LSU long enough knows they are solid with strong numbers and a good gpa.

I agree with sit down’s ranks as being the most accurate in my mind but also want to say that while I agree with the ranks, it doesn’t mean that the top tier are the best or right sororities for everyone. While I’m not in PHI MU or DG if I had to join one of those houses I would definitely pick DG- I just know I would be a better fit with the girls there and would be happier than if I just selected a house based on rank.
