On the money but same level does not mean same type of house at all. Top-middle and bottom but research what each group is about to know what fits you.

Which houses are the most desired during rush? Kappa and Tri Delta are always very well liked and highly sought after. How can you possibly not call them top houses?

I love your response. I do agree with this post overall but you are so right that a level doesn't not mean these houses are similar. Do your homework girls and see what houses are similar to what you are looking for.

Just go see how you feel! This site is run by a few chapters posting over and over again about how great some of these houses are. I know everyone keeps saying how positive this sire is, but it isn't really how things are here. Betting some of the chapters who are actually top here and highly desired during recruitment don't think it is positive......When you go through recruitment, you will see which houses are actually highly desired and how YOU feel about every chapter. You CANNOT trust an anonymous site like this one! Don't be gullible!

Ranking the houses is a fluid process. There are houses slipping (snap bids, arrests, disciplinary action) and houses rising (improving grades, increased involvement). TBH, the differences between houses is actually minuscule. There are smart, beautiful, philanthropic, and "wealthy" people in every house. If you think one house has a lock on any category, you are dead wrong.

but not as fluid as this site indicates. Chapters that have been top for a long time are not bottom now like this site says. Also newer chapters are great, but they are not considered to be the top ones by most people. This is reality.
