Add Phi Mu to the bottom as they just colonized this year and this is set. Remember our bottom houses would be top on most campus'. Our Greek community is outstanding!

No, Gamma Phi is not a top house, they are lower middle

the ranking (from a sophomore guy perspective)

top (most exclusive): Theta, DG, Chi O, Pi Phi
Middle: Zeta, Tri delt, sima kappa, kappa, g phi, achi o
lower: adpi, aopi

gamma phi needs to CHILL. it's a solid house but definitely middle tier. theta isn't thought of as top usually but it's a great house in a lot of ways so idk about that one being top... otherwise this list looks pretty good to me. I've definitely seen worse rankings
