Would Phi Kapp be considered a top house along with Phi Delt and Sigma Chi?

Yes you should take the phi delt bid, especially over phi kap. You will thank me shortly. It might take a few months to realize but this is a big decision that will shape the rest of your college.

But if you don't see yourself at all with phi delt and don't like them, then of course do not accept.

Phi Kapp is a strong social house with a strong brotherhood. Nothing low tier about that.

If you go with letters over brotherhood you'll regret it. What is top changes with your personal experience. Go where you want to gon no screw the lists on here.

Your comment is the best advice whether it is a fraternity or a soroity. You are looking for life long friends. T-shirts fade but friendship lasts.

Ph Kapp is top in brotherhood and partying. It's all what you are looking for.
