formal fraternity rush

You technically have the first week or two before technical formal rush to do some informal events and can still get a bid the first day of actual formal. Technically all fraternities participate, last year all of them got forced too cause the rushees got in trouble. Most those that the guy named above are traditionally Texan fraternities so it's true that that is how it goes down
